Sharp She was born in Rochester, New York in 1962, studied clarinets as well as cellos and pianos at the Hochstein School of Music. The passion she had for theatre in school was the reason she applied to The Boston Conservatory, where she received a scholarship. Cum Laude, where she was awarded an B.F.A. Sharp began her journey on stage after graduating of the Conservatory. Sharp played in her first Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp has also performed in Abyssinia as well as Aida and also Thunder Knockin, Jitney as well as The Producers. She was even a reader of August Wilson's Come and Gone.
